Checking your free orders…

A successful preview counts once per unchanged source. Layout retries and results needing review do not use another order. Free tickets can be exported for 7 days in this browser while the page remains open; save them before closing it.

1. Add your order

Choose up to 10 complete order files. One setup applies to all; each file stays separately identified.

No file selected

TXT, Word, Excel or text-based PDF · Up to 5 MB. Scanned PDFs are not supported yet.

For your kitchen tickets—not advertising, resale or AI training. How we handle your files.

Create kitchen preview uses format rules, not a paid AI call. Keep the original export open beside the ticket to check it. Orders are not saved in browser storage.

Saved formats (0) — this browser only

Saved formats identify order layouts, not separate kitchen settings. Every platform uses your current kitchen preferences. Every new order is checked again; saving a format does not guarantee every order from that platform will match.

No formats saved yet. Create a preview to begin.

No source orders are stored here. Saved instructions must not contain customer information. This is one local workspace, not an account-synced restaurant library.

2. Your kitchen rules

One setup for all your orders. Start with the basics, then add your restaurant’s requirements.

Kitchen ticket settings

Basic cleanup

Prices, payment details and standalone decoration lines are removed from kitchen tickets.

Optional fields

Check only what your kitchen does not need. Unchecked fields stay when identified.

Optional. Hides complete labeled fields in notes and headings—not contact details mixed into instructions.

Optional. Keep unchecked if descriptions contain sides, serving sizes or preparation details. Separate options and notes stay.

Keep unchecked to show identified cutlery, napkin and plate requests. These never count as meals.

What matters in a group order?
  • Keep each meal’s dish, quantity, protein and selected add-ons.
  • Keep no / extra / substitute, spice and allergy notes with the right meal.
  • Keep ordered sides and combo contents. “Serves 10” is not the same as ordering 10 trays.

Only use details that appear in the order—no extra fields to fill in. Choose what to hide above, then add exact text to remove below. Unclear text is kept or flagged, not guessed away.

Kitchen copy only. Keep the original platform order and labels for packing, recipient matching and pickup / delivery details. Review all meals against the original; these reminders do not guarantee extraction.

Make it yours

Add your restaurant’s own requirements here. No need to repeat the choices above.

Remove repeated non-food text: Delete text "Thank you for your order!". Use the exact wording and capitals from your ticket.

For a custom sequence: Dish order: "Burger", "Fries". Unlisted dishes stay. Unsupported requests will be flagged before processing.

More choices

Never combines different orders, options or notes.

Before your first order

Is it really free?

Try 3 successfully processed orders without signing up. Your fourth new order requires email registration or sign-in. Registered access is free during this beta, with no card or subscription. Recreating a ticket from unchanged source text does not use another order, and failed or flagged previews do not count. Editing source text can count as a new order. Anonymous usage is tracked in this browser, not across devices. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing will be shown before you choose to subscribe. This trial does not call a paid AI model.

Will it work with every order?

Not yet. We support tested formats from Lunchdrop, ezCater, Foodja and Waiter.com, including ezCater order and production sheets. Layouts differ, so always compare the result with your original. Scans, photos and handwriting are not supported. A warning means the ticket needs attention, not that you should remove the difficult information.

Can I change the kitchen ticket?

Yes. Edit the preview and check it again before exporting. After reviewing a satisfactory result, sign in and save your setup to your account. It loads the next time you sign in, including on another device. Guest choices last for the current visit only. Edits to a single dish only affect the current ticket; they do not train the parser.

What happens to my order files?

We use your order files to extract order details and create your kitchen tickets. We do not sell your order data or use it for advertising or AI training. Uploads are processed on our server; this version does not send orders to an AI provider or create a saved order library. Signing in does not create an order archive or make files available to other users.

Guest preferences last for this visit. Signed-in users can choose to save kitchen settings and supported instructions to their account; do not put customer information in those instructions. Upload only orders you are authorized to process, and download your result before closing or refreshing the page. Hiding customer details on a ticket does not remove them from the uploaded source. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

Google Firebase handles sign-in and email verification. Our website stores account, access and saved kitchen-setup records in a private Firestore database. Essential cookies keep you signed in and identify this browser’s free allowance. Usage records contain keyed fingerprints, not your order text or files. Trial and sign-in rate-limit records remain during this beta. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Saved kitchen settings load when you sign in; order files and individual ticket edits are not saved with them.

How can I save or print?

After reviewing, choose Word, Excel or PDF. You can also open a PDF or use the browser’s Print function. Direct PDF export currently supports Latin characters; use Word or Excel for other scripts. On a small screen, scroll the preview table sideways to see every column.
